友人の紹介で、裾野市の日赤病院の近くにある割烹料理店「天つ日」さんへ伺わせて頂きました

予約制でコース料理を楽しむことができる料理店さんです

コース内容は定期的に変わるそうなので、次に伺うときの楽しみもありますね

一品一品とても丁寧に作られていて、見た目はもちろん、どれを食べても本当に美味しかったです

お刺身はとても新鮮で、焼き物の焼き加減も絶妙でした

また炊き立てのご飯もふっくらと甘みもあり、最後に出して頂けるお茶は、その場で点てて頂けます

料理そのものだけでなく、塩や醤油などの調味料にもかなりこだわっているのが印象的でした

器や盛り付けまで含めて、店主の料理へのこだわりを随所に感じます

お酒も種類が豊富で、特に日本酒はかなり充実している印象です
ちょっと珍しいお酒もあり、お酒が好きな方にもおすすめですね

店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でとても綺麗でした

テーブル席は4人掛けが2卓なので、ゆっくり食事を楽しめる空間です

お手洗いまでとても綺麗にされているのも好印象でした

店主も気さくで話しやすく、女将さんも素敵な方で、ついつい長居してしまう居心地の良いお店です

また裾野駅からも徒歩10分程度なので、電車でも行きやすいと思います
